1. If you wish to request a refund due to the lineup change, please refer to the “2025 KNK KINGDOM: TAIWAN Lineup Change & Refund Policy” posted on the Ticket Plus website.
2. Audience members who purchased Hyun Jong’s selfie, polaroid, or fansign benefit tickets may choose from the following two options:
(1) On the day of the concert (April 12), ticket holders may visit the on-site “Benefit Exchange Counter” to exchange their ticket for the same type of benefit with a different member.
*Only member changes are allowed; benefit type cannot be changed.
*Quantities are limited and may run out.
*Once an on-site exchange is completed, refund rights are forfeited. Refund requests will not be accepted thereafter.
(2) Refunds can also be requested through the Ticket Plus system with no handling fee.
